In the heart of Parma’s historic centre, a spectacular 400-metre-long banquet table welcomes a thousand guests for an evening celebrating the flavours, traditions and leading figures of Italian cuisine. Exceptional produce, carefully selected wines and a menu created by internationally renowned chefs come together in a refined and convivial atmosphere, where every detail is attended to with passion.

Parma, recognised by UNESCO as a Creative City of Gastronomy, is thus transformed into an elegant open-air restaurant, offering a unique and once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Programme

8 September 2026

Day 1

Arrival in Parma and check-in at a selected hotel in the historic centre. In the evening, attend the exclusive ‘Cena dei Mille’ with reserved seating and convenient access just a short walk from the hotel.

A special evening featuring authentic flavours, renowned chefs and the magical atmosphere of the illuminated historic squares.

Day 2

Breakfast at the hotel. Private guided tour of Parma’s historic centre, exploring the city’s most iconic sites: from the Roman Forum to the Governor’s Palace, from the picturesque Piazza Duomo with its Cathedral and pink marble Baptistery, to the monumental Pilotta complex, a testament to the power of the Farnese family.

The tour concludes amongst the stalls and aromas of the market in Piazza Ghiaia, offering a chance to experience the city through its everyday life and culinary traditions.
