Parma Ham: only two ingredients need to be added: the skill of the master salt workers and the dry and delicate air of the fragrant Parma hills of the typical production area. The uniqueness of this territory, an extremely limited area, is precisely that of having ideal climatic conditions for natural aging that will give that unmistakable sweetness and taste to Parma Ham, an extremely controlled DOP product linked to a long and rigid production process that ends with a careful examination and with the ducal crown imprinted with fire.

In this way, you will immerse yourself in the delights of the Food Valley by visiting a ham factory, based on availability, and tasting in a delicatessen, founded by a Garibaldino returning from the expedition of the Thousand, Prosciutto di Parma and Parmigiano Reggiano, finally tasting quality wines in historic cellars .
